Impact of Covid-19 pandemic on sexual services in Czech Republic from the point of view of employees of NGOs Abstract This bachelor thesis is focused on the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on sexual services in the Czech Republic from the perspective of employees of non-profit organizations. The aim of this work is to determine the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on sexual services, to point out the changes caused by the pandemic in the field of sexual services and watch the reactions of non-profit organizations. This is a qualitative research in which five employees of non-profit organizations participated. I obtained the data for my work through online interviews, which took place from March to June 2021. This work shows the changes in the Covid-19 pandemic in the field of sexual services. Discusses topics such as violence, marginalization, and intersectionality in relation to sexual services. In my work, the Covid-19 pandemic is worsening the living conditions of sex workers and often forcing them to lower their boundaries. It also turned out that the reaction of non-profit organizations was quick, and their help was necessary.

Based on identified issues and socio-economic status of the local population, the work deals with the marginalization of the Indian minority in Chiapas. The work also describes possible solutions of the exclusion of Indian population. The paper also analyzed a practical example of an autonomous indigenous centre - Centre for Indian Education and Intercultural studies Abya Yala

of diploma thesis Title: Strangers at home - In Search of Indigenous Identity at the Suburbs of a Glocal Mexican City Student: Marie Heřmanová Tutor: Mgr. Radovan Haluzík The presented thesis is based on a fieldwork realized during five months in the city of San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas in south of Mexico and deals with different strategies through which are young Tzotziles and Tzeltales living in the new suburbs of the old colonial city constructing their identity. Main axes of the thesis are first the relationship of these young people to the native communities of their parents and second to the rich and turistic city centre. As a main ethnographic method I use participant observation and also the material culture studies ( the tesis focus mostly on identification through visage and consequently on the consitution of identity through styles and modes of dressing).
Problem of minorities in Czech Republic with focus on Roma minority
ŠONKOVÁ, Eva
A presented bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of minorities in the Czech Republic, accentuating the Roma minority as a result of its different position among other ethnic and national minorities in the Czech society. In the context of multi-ethnic coexistence in the Czech society, are given firstly secondary data illustrating the various types of relations between the majority and minorities, and in the second row of the facts influencing the perceptions of members of minority groups, such as the processes of social perception and influence the structure of the negative image by the media scene. The content of the thesis also includes an analysis of population structure, including a short approach of individual minorities, and also an overview of the mechanisms and consequences of the current all-round social exclusion of Roma. Finally, the essence of identity of these minorities is analysed and the integration strategy, which is based on this essence, is presented too. This is also presented the latest version of the government's concept for the integration of Roma into the Czech society. Quantitative survey research is outlined by an evaluating statistical hypotheses oriented approach of attitudes and ideas of the mainstream society of coexistence of ethnic and the national minorities or the ethnic climate in society.

Problem groups in the labour market of district Tábor
BARÁKOVÁ, Martina
This bachelor thesis consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical. The purpose is to specify certain groups, which are threatened by a long-term unemployment. In a practical part this thesis verifies a position of these disadvantaged groups in Tábor's district labor market. Theoretical part is aimed on postmodern changes of labor markets, then on a characterization of basic concepts, in a connection with the labor market, humans' capital, unemployment and the state policy of the employment. This part describes a help of the government toward the marginalized groups and defines hazardous factors on the labor market. The practical part of this bachelor thesis characterizes examined Tábor's district and analyzes the situation of defined endangered groups on the labor market between the years 2011-2013 and then it evaluates the development of unemployment and the level of threat towards these marginalized groups
Implementation of hospice fieldwork
PFLEGROVÁ, Petra
This work deals with the idea of dying patients in the terminal stage at home. In the theoretical part I describe the concepts relating to the care for the dying and dying itself, as well as the potential risk of marginalization, which is associated with dying. Furthermore, the mention of palliative care in the form of a mobile hospice, with its multidisciplinary team that should try as far as possible to avoid marginalization. There is also the issue of euthanasia, in contrast with the use of palliative care. Hospices are the last topic in the theoretical part, the history and current state of hospice fieldwork. In the practical part I try to determine through research if and how mobile hospice avoid marginalization. Another aim of the research was to map the motives of the workers in hospice care, identify their goals and the problems they must overcome.
Long-term unemployment of single-parent mothers
WANKA, Pavel
This degree paper deals with the long-term unemployment of one of the most risk groups in the labour market {--} the single-parent mothers. It is a very current topic. Recently, the share of babies born to single-parent mothers has had a growing tendency and the divorce rate has been increasing. More often it is a woman rather than a man who heads the incomplete family. Lonely mothers have to face a difficult task. They have to cope with everyday care of their child on one side and to fulfil the duties of a family provider on the other side. For employers, a single-parent mother with a dependent child is problematic labour force with specific demands on working hours and higher probability of more frequent absences due to caring for a sick family member. These women are therefore willing to take ``worse{\crqq} job which does not correspond to their qualification and education. A lonely mother{\crq}s family is dependent on the income of one of the parents only. Although the father of the dependant has a duty to maintain and support his child as stipulated in the Family Act, he does no fulfil it quite often. Unemployment, especially lasting on a long-term basis, represents a significant social problem for a single-parent family. The standard of living is reduced, and the family has to face the threat of poverty, which is more significant as it regards the children as well. Long-term unemployed single-parent mothers are frequent beneficiaries of social benefits which allow them to survive on a subsistence level. Lonely mothers in this situation chose various strategies to secure alternative income, or take various money-saving measures. They often seek and find help in informal social networks which seem to be very important in such situations. Consequences of long-term unemployment can be a cause of social exclusion. Theoretical part of this degree paper maps the life situation of single-parent mothers with regard to their specific chances of assertion on the labour market. It further deals with the offers of child day care services and the system of support from the state. It also informs of the employment policy measures and flexible forms of employment as a means to harmonize the areas of the work and the family. The degree paper also contains information on the pro-family measures being prepared and approved by the government in November 2008. The research part of the degree paper is focused on identification of the attitudes and strategies of long-term unemployed mothers.
Efektivní algoritmus na hledání redukcí v kompozicionálních modelech
Kratochvíl, Václav
This paper deals with the problem of marginalization of multidimensional probability distributions represented by a compositional model. By the perfect one in this case. From the computational point of view this solution is more efficient than any known marginalization process for Bayesian models. This is because the process mentioned in the paper in a form of an algorithm and takes an advantage of the fact that the perfect sequence models have some information encoded; if can be obtained from the Bayesian networks by an application of rather computationally expensive procedures. One part of that algorithm is marginalization by means of reduction. This paper describe a new faster algorithm to find a reduction in a compositional model.
Marginalization of moravian-slovakian borderland.
Vaishar, Antonín ; Zapletalová, Jana
After the split-up of Czechoslovakia, a new state border came into existence between Czech and Slovak republics. Regions, initially interior, became border ones. Creation of new state border and transition to the to the market economy multiplied by physico-geographical characteristic of the territory leads up to the rapid marginalization of this „new“ borderland. The paper deals with marginalization of the Bílé Karpaty region, namely with case studies of Bojkovice, Horní Lideč, Slavičín, Brumov and Valašské Klobouky micro-regions.
